Joe Gaspard is the founder of Joe Gaspard Coaching in NYC and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Performance Enhancement Specialist, a Certified Sports Psychology Coach and holds a degree in Culinary Science from Le Cordon Bleu.
